Playing My Harmonica,"Our Music Virtuoso"

When we were in North Carolina, Paul and I bought Aedhan an harmonica because he loved playing his Daddie's. He'll walk around the house just making music. For his Birthday, we want to get him a Piano to start learning.

Music in Lincoln Square

During the summer, there are concerts in Giddings Plaza in Lincoln Square. They are on Thursday evening. Families go down to the square to listen to music and let their children interact with each other.

Hasmonek July 4th Barbeque

The Hasmoneks have a July 4th get together each year. This year we christened their new patio. David H. also got to use his new grill and cook for all of the guests. We ate lots of good food. Aedhan met some new big kids to play with. My dad played poker and won some money for Aedhan's college fund.

July 4th FireWorks on July 3rd

We took Aedhan to Monroe Harbor to watch the Chicago Fireworks. He normally loves the fireworks, but this year he cried and covered his ears. We think he didn't like being crowded into a small area with a lot of people, especially the drunken idiots.

The Taste of Chicago and Country Music Festival

My parents came to visit for Fourth of July Weekend. On July 2nd, we went down to the Taste of Chicago & Country Music Festival featuring Phil Vassar, SheDaisy and Joe Dee Messina.
